1. What's the selection process?

We review all applications straight after the cut-off day and formulate a shortlist of candidates.  Successful candidates will be contacted and invited to attend our offices for an opportunity to learn more about GMK Partners and the Graduate Program on offer. 

 

2. How many graduates do you employ?

Up to eight per year.

 

3. What happens in the interview?

As a graduate we understand that starting your career is a big step and we want to ensure you make the right decision.  While our interview process provides us with an opportunity to get to know you, it also gives you a chance to learn more about GMK Partners.  The interview process is aimed at being a stress free experience without where you can be yourself and establish if a career at GMK Partners is the right choice for you.   

 

4. What will I experience as a Graduate?

It will be a rewarding experience incorporating technical training, on-the-job learning and social activities. Highlights include:

5. How much will I be paid?

We benchmark our salaries against market rates and review them bi-annually.

Our CBD location means there's an endless choice of bars and restaurants to experience. This combined with our own active social calendar and social club means you'll get lots of opportunities to enjoy GMK camaraderie.
