1. How does the selection process work?

We start reviewing applications straight after the cut-off day and arrange a short one-on-one interview for successful applicants with HR and a Director. Offers go out a few weeks later.

 

2. How many vacation students do you take?

8 to 10.

 

3. What happens in the interview?

Our personal one-on-one interviews are aimed at getting to know you. So don't worry, there's no group interviews, stressful testing days or forced team activities.

 

4. What will I do as a Vacationer?

It all kicks off with a Welcome event attended by the Directors, participants, mentors and buddies. Then you'll have a week of technical training and introduction to the firm followed by three weeks practical experience including:

  • client visits
  • shadowing a senior member
  • team activities
  • working across divisions

allowing you to gain insight into the different service offerings and begin developing essential technical and business skills.

 

5. What about fun?

Our CBD location means there's a bar closeby and more places to eat than you can poke a chopstick at. Plus we're always hosting get-togethers from regular dinner parties to race meets, moonlight cinema, lawn bowls and sporty fun.
